These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sellable. The Service is operated by:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Service Description

Sellable helps you generate digital product content (HTML documents and related assets) based on your inputs. Features include account management, usage tracking, subscriptions, and exports.

4. Accounts & Authentication

You may need an account for certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Accuracy of your account information is required. Third-party logins (Google OAuth) must comply with their terms.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, Payments (Stripe)

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Plan status, limits, and access are tied to your subscription. Taxes may apply depending on your location and Stripe settings.

6. Usage Limits & Fair Use

We may enforce usage limits (e.g., max products per month) and may update safeguards to prevent abuse and maintain stability.

7. Your Inputs & AI Output

You are responsible for content you provide. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and using outputs. No professional advice is provided.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• violate laws or third-party rights
• generate illegal/harmful content
• bypass usage limits or security
• reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service
• engage in fraud, phishing, or deception

9. Third-party Services

The Service uses Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI, Endorsely. Your use may be subject to their policies.

10. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors own the Service, software, design, branding. You retain rights to your inputs. Use of outputs is subject to applicable law and third-party rules; uniqueness or non-infringement is not guaranteed.

11. Availability & Changes

The Service may change or be suspended at any time. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

Service is provided "as is" and "as available." All warranties, including implied merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Liability for intent, gross negligence, or where legally required cannot be excluded.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, unlawful use, or risk to the Service/other users.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protection laws of your residence country may apply. Courts at the operator's residence shall have jurisdiction where permitted.
